Returns and Exchanges
Things You Need to Know
We do not accept exchanges on any of our orders hair products (wigs, lace closures, lace frontals, hair bundles). This is due to hygiene reasons as we cannot sell any products that you have used to any other customer.
If you change your mind after placing an order and want to return it, this is of course fine, but this must be communicated to us no more than 14 days after you have received your order. All of our orders will be delivered as tracked and signed for and so we will know once delivery has been made. As soon as you realise you would like to cancel your order please us as firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible because once we have dispatched your order you will still be responsible for sending it back to us and we do not reimburse postal charges.
If your order contains any of our hair bundles, closures, frontals or wigs, the packaging in which in comes must not be opened or we will be unable to offer you a refund. All of our hair products will come sealed in a mailing bag, so once opened or tampered with you will no longer be able to request a refund. So you must ensure that it is still sealed in its original state when you return your order to us.
As long as the hair is still sealed and received within 14 days after you received the order you can request a refund by emailing us.
Please note you will be expected to pay for shipping and this will not be reimbursed and you will not receive a refund until we have received the order back and inspected it.
When posting an order back to us, it's important that you send this back to us tracked and/or signed for, if not, you risk it becoming lost and if this is the case, you will not receive a refund.
If you decide to cancel your order before its been dispatched, we can give you a full refund. Once it has been dispatched however, you will have to wait to receive it and return it back to us.
