Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Missnotebook. We want you to be happy with your purchase. Please read our policy below for details on returns and refunds.

Digital Products (Non-Refundable)

  • All sales of digital products are final.

  • Once payment has been made, digital products cannot be refunded under any circumstances.

  • This includes downloadable items, templates, and other digital content. Please ensure that you check product details carefully before purchasing.

Physical Products (UK Orders Only)

  • If you are not satisfied with a physical product, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • To be eligible for a refund:

    • The item must be returned in its original condition, unused and undamaged.

    • You must contact us first to request a return authorisation and we will provide you with the return address.

  • Please note:

    • You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.

    • We cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit when returning to us. We recommend using a tracked service.

  • Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected:

    • If it is in the same condition as when it was sold, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

    • If the item is used, damaged, or not in its original condition, we will be unable to issue a refund.

Exclusions:

  • Refunds are not available for:

  • Digital products.

  • Items returned after the 14-day period.

  • Items not returned in good condition.

Processing Time

  • Approved refunds will normally be processed within 7–10 working days after we receive and inspect your return.
